The hooded man with a vision that no one else can see but him. He comes and goes as he pleases, and fights for what he wants, whenever he wants. Soto has powers unknown to all, and abilities powerful enough to make anyone shake and quiver. He is the ruler of the galaxy, and refuses to be taken down by anything, or anyone. With his plans unknown, and his path unseen, who will stop him, if anyone could?
